WE WANT TO SERVE YOU!

To achieve remarkable first-time events, the strength of a dedicated team and robust partnerships is essential. Today, SEC employees Tony Lopez (Lead Line Foreman), Rauni Montoya (Chief Financial Officer), Jimmy Capps (Director of Communication and Public Affairs), and Donald Monette (City Administrator of Socorro) surprised Nick Dubree, Director of the Puerta Seguro Safe Harbor in Socorro, with a generous check for $4,225.10.

These funds were the proceeds from the inaugural “SEC Fairway Fundraiser” golf tournament. The vision for the golf tournament was sparked by SEC's Board President, Leroy Anaya.

When the SEC team reached out to the City of Socorro, they found an enthusiastic partner, leading to the formation of an inspiring Community Alliance Project team.

Tony Lopez skillfully coordinated the event, while Rauni Montoya and Jimmy Capps managed the account setup, prizes, and the awards ceremony.

The funds raised through this event, now donated, stand as a testament to the power of collaboration, and both SEC and the City of Socorro express heartfelt appreciation to all who participated in the tournament at New Mexico Tech's beautiful Golf Course.

Stay tuned for next year's Community Alliance Project announcement from your SEC, where we will continue to forge connections and make a difference together.
